Two years ago, my right hip was so bad that I couldn’t drive. This man was part of the team that helped me so I could not only drive again, but to start exercising. I will never forget the day. I hurt so bad that when he started to walk towards me, I started crying. And that was not the only time that I cried on his shoulders. He has become a great support person and friend.

After our first interview with Coach P, we could tell Coach P had a good understanding of who we were, what each of us needed and wanted, and how to best work with us. Coach P has the knowledge, insight, and skills that help us get the most out of our training sessions. Our training sessions are fresh and interesting while building towards our long term goals. I have a history of quitting anything that pertains to exercise once I start, Coach P improved my confidence, and I enjoy working.
